Client Service Manager – NDIS | NAD Care Support Services

Casual to Full-Time contract | Immediate Start

NAD Care Support Services, a trusted and growing NDIS provider, is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our passionate team. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional, person-centred care—and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment and vision.

Your Role:

As our Client Service Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for participants and their families. You will:

  • Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with NDIS participants
  • Coordinate services in line with individual NDIS plans
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with NDIS standards
  • Act as an advocate for clients' needs and goals
  • Use your network to help grow our client base and expand the NAD Care Support Services community

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working in the disability or community services sector
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centred support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to think strategically
  • A personal or professional network that can support business growth (highly regarded)

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in community services, social work, or a related field
  • Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
