Design RV are currently seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator Assistant to join our team in Pakenham.

About the Role

As the successful incumbent you will be responsible for managing the warranty claims for our dealerships and servicing departments. You will have a focus on providing excellent customer service, rectifying all issues and concerns raised proactively and proficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities are not limited to:

  • Attending to warranty claims, registrations and forms
  • Providing support to our Warranty Administrator
  • Responding to emails and warranty enquiries from Dealerships and Customers
  • Coordinate parts orders for dealers, including pre-deliveries
  • Reporting on any reoccurring issues with our caravan range
  • Providing after sales support
  • Data entry and general administration duties.

Requirements of the Position

  • Previous experience in warranty within a similar industry (caravan or automotive experience would be highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately record information
  • Good computer skills, excel etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Effective time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
  • Offer a high level of personal commitment and focus
  • Having someone with an exuberant personality on your customer service team is essential as they can effortlessly bring a positive and energetic vibe to interactions, ensuring a delightful and engaging experience for your customers.
