**About Us**:
Omnidesk is Australia's premier retailer of sit-stand, height-adjustable desks, and ergonomic office furniture. As a rapidly expanding business focused on customer satisfaction, we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Corporate Service Representative.

**The Role**:
You'll handle inquiries ranging from product information and availability to order status updates and warranty requests, ensuring a seamless experience for every customer.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
Addressing customer inquiries regarding product information, availability, order progress, and warranty requests.
Accurate data entry of sales orders and effective communication with customers regarding the same.
Handling customer service requests such as "Track and Trace," "Proof of Delivery," and "Controlled Returns."
Coordinating spare parts and warranty processes, including assisting customers, processing requests, maintaining warranty registers, and managing stock levels.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes**:
Prior experience in internal customer service and call center environments.
Ability to grasp minor technical information and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Punctual, well-presented, and respectful demeanor towards colleagues and management.
Strong teamwork ethic and willingness to support colleagues as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Shopify and Sandbox platforms is a plus).
Excellent time management skills.
