We're on the lookout for a hands-on and motivated Team Leader to join our Post Production Leadership Team. This role is critical to ensuring our food quality and safety standards are consistently met while achieving key operational KPIs across our pastry and packaging lines.

You'll lead by example—directing, coaching, and supporting a team of process workers to meet output and quality targets in a fast-paced environment. Your calm under pressure, strong leadership, and technical troubleshooting skills will set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to meet daily and weekly targets
  • Maximise line efficiency and minimise downtime through effective people and process management
  • Troubleshoot and escalate machinery or production issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely production paperwork and records
  • Uphold all HACCP, GMP, and WHS protocols
  • Champion a safe, clean, and compliant workplace culture
What We're Looking For

You're a proactive leader who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment and knows how to bring out the best in your team.

You'll ideally have:

  • Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in food manufacturing or processing
  • Strong people management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume, automated environments
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve effectively
  • Solid understanding of HACCP, GMP, and WHS procedures
  • Computer literacy (experience with inventory/warehouse systems a bonus)
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset and strong customer-centric approach
