Disability & Aged Care Support Worker – Outer Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne

Locations: Doncaster, Ringwood, Croydon, Lilydale, Seville, Glen Waverley, Chadstone & surrounding areas

Shifts: Flexible – Early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends available

About the Role:

Castle Care & Co is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care to our clients. Responsibilities will vary based on individual client needs and include:

  • Personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, and hygiene assistance
  • Meal preparation and assistance
  • Community access and companionship
  • Light cleaning and decluttering tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • Exceptional English skills - both verbal and written
  • A compassionate and professional attitude with a genuine passion for care
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification
  • A valid Police Check
  • Relevant experience or training (preferred but not essential)
  • Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends
