**Your Role**
You will support clients in their daily routines at home and in the community. Key responsibilities include:

- Personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, and transport
- Encouraging social participation and community involvement
- Promoting independence while working from individualised care plans
- Observing and reporting changes in client needs or wellbeing
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, dignity, and safety at all times

**Essential Requirements**
- **National Police Check**:

- **Working With Children Check (WWCC)**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Vehicle insurance (comprehensive or third party property)
- Mental Health First Aid Certificate
- Hygiene Certificate or willingness to obtain

**Desirable Qualifications & Experience**
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, Community Services, Nursing or Counselling
- Mental health support experience
- Lived experience in the disability, mental health, or aged care sectors
