The Position:

Reporting to and working closely with the Partners, you will oversee the operational direction and day to day running of what is a medium sized, specialist law firm. This will include:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the firm.

  • Oversee finance, HR, IT, risk and administration functions.

  • Implement and monitor reporting structures and processes.

  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

  • Facilitate strategic initiatives and firm wide business development activities.

  • Maintain and strengthen the firm's collaborative culture.

The firm is dynamic and ambitious in its aspirations. As such, the role will have an ongoing business efficiency and technology focus while continuing to nurture the strong internal  culture that the firm has established.
