Adelaide City Automotive Group is one of Adelaide's most diverse, family-owned dealership groups; proudly backed by four new car brands, a large pre-owned vehicle department and a thriving service and parts centre. We are currently looking for a dynamic Service Advisor with great customer service and time management skills to join our Service Centre team.

Our business is family-owned and as such we treat our employees like family. Whilst previous Service Advisor experience is desireable, we're after the right people over the right experience and welcome applicants from a variety of industries including retail, hospitality, real estate and all other customer facing industry.

Your role, reporting to the Service Manager and working as part of a team of Service Advisors, will be to maintain the high standard of customer service we've come to expect in our Service Department as well as book-in and liaise with service customers & quote, cost and finalise repair orders.

The following attributes are considered desirable for the position:

  • Previous dealership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed set KPI's
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Solid time management skills
  • The ability to work closely with colleagues as part of a team
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • EraPower experience will be considered favourably
