**AO6 Employee Relations Advisor - Complaints Investigations and Management | ASAP | 12 months contract | Hybrid Role**

**The role**:
As an AO6 Employee Relations Advisor, you will be at the forefront of creating a harmonious and productive workplace by handling and managing complaints from a diverse workforce. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring that employee relations remain a top priority.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Thoroughly investigating and analyzing employee complaints and concerns in a fair and unbiased manner.
- Developing proactive strategies to address and prevent employee grievances, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.
- Collaborating with managers, HR teams, and employees to promote effective conflict resolution and mutual understanding.
- Implementing best practices in complaint handling and providing expert advice on dispute resolution to all stakeholders.
- Tracking and analysing complaint data to identify trends and recommend targeted solutions for continuous improvement.

**What we're looking for**:

- Extensive experience in employee relations, including complaints investigations and management.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and handle sensitive conversations with empathy and tact.
- Proven ability to analyse complex situations objectively and propose practical, effective solutions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Collaborative mindset, eager to work with diverse teams to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
