We are currently seeking an experienced, hands-on Service Manager to lead our Truck, Ag & Construction service department at our Tamworth, NSW branch.
About the Role
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who is ready to take ownership of the department's performance and growth. You'll be supported by a dedicated team, modern facilities, and a strong leadership group committed to your success.
As Service Manager, you'll lead by example — fostering a positive team culture, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving operational performance. You'll also be instrumental in promoting our services, strengthening customer relationships, and enhancing our reputation in the region.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge of truck, agricultural, and/or construction equipment
- Ability to coach, manage, and lead teams to achieve KPIs
- Confidence in marketing services and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- High level of computer literacy — experience with AUTO IT or similar DMS is highly regarded
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a team-first mindset
