ob Description: Test Automation Engineer (6–8 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer with strong technical expertise and a collaborative approach. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in both automation and manual testing, a strong understanding of the project lifecycle, and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and TOSCA.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for web and mobile applications.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality at all stages of the SDLC.
  • Execute manual testing as needed to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Analyse test results, identify defects, and collaborate with the team for timely resolution.
  • Support continuous improvement of testing frameworks, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–8 years of experience in software testing (automation + manual).
  • Hands-on expertise in Selenium and working knowledge of TOSCA.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and QA best practices.
  • Experience testing digital applications across web/mobile platforms.
  • Proactive mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and attention-to-detail skills.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of the Superannuation domain.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and test management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ALM.
