We are seeking applications for a Strata Cleaner (Subcontractor ONLY), servicing clients throughout several Sydney suburbs, Newcastle & Wollongong

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated skills in strata cleaning;
  • Fantastic customer service skills;
  • Ability to work on your own;
  • Good communication skills both written, interpersonal, and verbal;
  • A common-sense approach to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of yourself and clients;
  • Willing and able to keep up with the physical demands of a cleaning role;
  • Current Australian driver's license.

To be successful for this role, candidate must have:

  • ABN and GST registration;
  • A company with all equivalent insurance;
  • All equipment and transport needed to complete jobs;
  • A team of no more than 4 people.
