The opportunity to join our team
Step into the role of Senior UX Designer and help transform how Australians experience financial wellbeing. This isn't just design - it's a chance to shape the future of financial services with experiences that are sleek, human, and unforgettable.
Here, you come first. You'll get the freedom to experiment, the trust to own big projects, and the support of a team that values fresh thinking. You'll sharpen your craft on high-impact work that makes a real difference to people's lives, while also building your career in an environment that celebrates growth, collaboration, and bold ideas. You'll have the chance to own the entire UX/UI process end-to-end, with your vision shaping the outcome and your impact felt across the business. Along the way, you'll gain exposure to high-profile projects - from superannuation portals to advice tools and engagement experiences that touch millions of Australians. And because we back your creativity, you'll have the space to push boundaries and the satisfaction of knowing your designs don't just look good, they create meaningful connections in moments that truly matter.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the design process for innovative, user-centered products and services
- Be the go-to UX expert for multiple exciting projects
- Use Design Thinking to drive the creation of seamless, engaging experiences
- Balance research insights, feedback, and your creativity to deliver the best design solutions
- Test and refine designs with real users—advisers, clients, and internal teams
- Influence and collaborate with a cross-functional team, building strong relationships along the way
What you will bring
- A passion for UX design with a sharp eye for detail, creativity and a real commitment to your craft
- Experience with enterprise-level design solutions and ideally, exposure to the financial services industry
- Mastery of Figma (or similar design tools) and a deep understanding of design patterns and prototyping
- The ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse team while influencing stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills—making the complex simple and the simple brilliant
- A mindset that sees challenges as opportunities for growth and innovation
