Your New Role
- 12 month max term position
- Open to Sydney OR Melbourne based candidates
As Senior UX/UI Designer you are responsible for contributing to the design and delivery of the digital experiences, that supports and connects member needs and behaviours with business goals and objectives. You will be designing and creating engaging and consistent user interfaces across all digital channels and participating in both the UX discovery (research/ problem definition/testing) and delivery phase (wireframes/UI design/handover to developers).concise dot points reflecting key accountabilities.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- At least three years' experience in interactive application and interface design for a large organisation or agency
- Demonstrated specialist skills in UX/UI Design methodologies, UX research, Digital concept development, testing and prototyping, Rapid development (e.g. Agile/LEAN)
- Demonstrated experience in Applying design thinking principles, Conducting concept and usability testing, Conducting user research, Constructing prototypes and wireframes
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively in an agile environment
