We are seeking a motivated and capable individual to take on the role at our Dandenong location. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, and playing a vital part in a successful, growing business.

You will be responsible for the day to day operations, serving both retail and account customers. With full training and support provided.

Paintaway is a family-owned company specialising in Automotive, Household, Industrial, Marine paints and accessories. Known for our quality products and customer first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting daily store operations independently

  • Provide outstanding customer service to retail and account clients in-store and on-site

  • Handle tinting, mixing, and preparing paint products

  • Process sales transactions and maintain stock control

  • Ensure the store remains clean, organised, and professionally presented

  • Deliver products and conduct on-site visits as needed

  • Lifting required

    What We're Looking For

  • Experience in retail or sales (paint or hardware industry preferred)

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Current full driver's licence

  • Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn

  • Reliable, well-presented, and eager to grow within the business
