Palm Noosa are looking for experienced and enthusiastic casual retail staff to join our passionate team. Working at our flagship boutique on Hastings Street, Noosa Heads.

The core responsibilities of a Palm Noosa retail assistant are to:

  • Provide the highest level of customer care and customer experience
  • Uphold the Palm Noosa brand by sharing our brand story, and providing knowledgable service, skilled styling, and immaculate personal presentation

The right candidate will posses:

  • A keen eye for fashion, design, and familiarity with the Palm Noosa brand
  • Exceptional customer service with a desire to exceed customer expectations
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • A passion for luxury fashion and understanding of leading brands
  • Ability to build a strong rapport with customers and staff

Previous retail experience is essential. Experience within a premium to luxury boutique will be highly regarded.

Applicants must be available weekends and over peak Summer (December/January).
