Lead, Inspire & Grow Your Leadership Skills with Us

Are you ready to take your leadership journey to the next level? Join us at Woongarra State School as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children

This permanent part-time role offers 30 hours per week, including 4 non-contact admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support, we'll ensure you're equipped to thrive in a leadership role.

You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:

  • 6:30-8:50am (Rise then Shine)
  • 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play)
  • Block shifts in the school holidays (Holiday HQ program).

As an added recruitment bonus this role comes with a commencement bonus of $1K (paid at 4 weeks in role) as well as a retention bonus of $1K (paid at 12 months in role).

About the Role – Lead Your Team to Success

  • You'll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
  • You'll take full ownership of your team's roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you'll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
Australian work rights.
A relevant qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA.
