An internal restructure has created an exciting new opportunity within our Quality Department for a Quality Coordinator.

About the Role

The Quality Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring high standards across our operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and implementing Quality Management Systems.
  • Preparing and updating quality documentation.
  • Advising management, operations, laboratory, and sales teams on day-to-day product quality issues.
  • Overseeing action plans for the National Packaging Covenant implementation.
  • Educating site personnel in quality and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) culture through training and awareness sessions.
  • Scheduling and completing internal, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and safety audits.
  • Maintaining the corrective and preventative action register to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Leading external audits.
