We seek enthusiastic casual medical receptionists to join our friendly team at our established family medical practice.

The position requires an immediate start

Requirements:

  1. Kindness, attentiveness, patience, and consideration for all patients.
  2. Flexibility is essential, as well as being available to work during all hours the practice is open.
  3. Time-management skills.
  4. Takes initiative
  5. Computer literate.
  6. Excellent telephone skills.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Answering phone calls, managing appointments, billing, and general reception duties.
