The Role

We are on the hunt for an energetic, ambitious Site Manager to join our team for upcoming projects commencing late 2025. As Site Manager typical duties would include;

  • Day to day management of the construction site
  • Oversee Safety in accordance with our OHS Plan and SWMS
  • Ensure quality of workmanship on site is maintained
  • Schedule subcontractors for upcoming works in alignment with the projects overall program
  • Liaise with clients and consultants from time to time during site visits
  • Identify and resolve design issues in conjunction with the project team

Skillset

The ideal candidate should possess the following skillset;

  • Proficient in reading construction documentation, reports, schedules
  • Sound computer skills (We use Procore and MS Project for our Site Management)
  • Great communication skills
  • Composure under pressure
  • 5 years relevant experience in the delivery of commercial/industrial construction projects to a value of $15m
