Action Workforce is collaborating with a prominent 3PL company that specializes in transportation and global supply chain solutions. We are currently looking for a team leader for a luxury customer at our facility located in Banksmeadow.

About the role:

Assign, monitor, and assist warehouse associates with tasks such as picking, packing, sorting, and loading/unloading.

Ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Prioritize workloads based on inbound and outbound schedules as well as key performance indicators (KPIs).

Provide assistance to team members with any issues related to orders.

Maintain effective communication within the team.

Address requests from the client's Customer Service department.

Manage email correspondence, both sending and responding.

Keep records of internal KPIs and other administrative files. - Demonstrate a multitasking and detail-oriented approach.

Adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a solid understanding of Excel is preferred.
