The Role

This is an internal sales and customer service role where you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, guiding customers with confidence while hitting achievable sales KPIs. If you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and being rewarded for performance, this role is for you.

Initial training: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm for the first two weeks in the office

Shifts after training: 8-hour shifts with at least two later shifts per week:

  • Australia team: Between 8am–8pm (e.g., 8-4, 9-5, 12-8)
  • New Zealand team: Between 6am–6pm (e.g., 6-2, 7-3, 10-6)

What We're Looking For

  • Confident, clear phone communication skills and fluent reading ability
  • A genuine interest in sales and customer service (those seeking only customer service usually find this role isn't for them)
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • No holidays booked before the end of February (public holidays excluded)
  • Fully office-based until probation is complete, then hybrid flexibility available
