We're looking for a dependable, organised, and proactive Customer Service professional to join our hardworking team. This is a hands-on role where you'll combine strong administration and coordination skills with a focus on delivering excellent service and supporting key events such as Trade Shows and creating content for social media.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be the professional and friendly point of contact for customers – handling orders, calls, and enquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinate dispatch and work closely with couriers to keep operations running on time.
  • Provide reliable support to the sales team.
  • Assist with the planning and smooth execution of trade shows, customer events, and team functions.
  • Create appealing content for social media.
  • Be trained cross-functionally in all areas of the business.

You'll thrive in this role if you are:

  • A self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done.
  • Confident using MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Highly organised, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Calm under pressure and great at managing competing priorities.
