The Scheduling Officer will be a key member of the
Maintenance and Operations team at Nesti Housing. This role will ensure the
smooth and efficient completion of all work requests within the repairs and
maintenance contract, while building and maintaining positive relationships
with external stakeholders and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing work orders and
    providing clients with regular updates on their job status.
  • Monitoring job progress and
    ensuring the timely completion of service requests.
  • Responding to incoming queries
    from external stakeholders and contractors via phone call and email.
  • Handling records, reports and
    required documentation to achieve compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Preparing monthly reports and
    attending monthly property team meetings.

About You:

  • Experience in either Maintenance
    Scheduling or Operations Administration, preferably in the property or
    community housing sector.
  • Strong organisational skills with
    a high attention to detail.
  • Proven experience working with
    KPIs and consistently achieving set targets.
  • Effective communication and
    interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive
    relationships with external parties.
