About the Opportunity 

This is a leadership role with real purpose - to take a complex, high-volume site and turn potential into performance. You'll step into an operation that's ready for direction, rhythm and consistency, leading a proud team through the next stage of its evolution. 

Your focus will be clear: create structure, lift engagement and build momentum. You'll reset expectations, strengthen safety culture and bring alignment across production and site operations, working closely with centralised teams in maintenance, logistics and customer service to ensure smooth coordination and delivery. Day to day, you'll be visible - walking the floor, empowering your supervisors and setting the tone for how things get done. This isn't about maintaining what's there. It's about shaping what's next. Within 12 months, your success will be defined by a team that communicates openly, takes ownership, and delivers with confidence - a site that runs smoothly, safely and with pride. 

About You 

You're a proven operations or site leader from a manufacturing environment - packaging, FMCG, food or building materials. You've led large site teams in high-volume production settings and understand what it takes to deliver consistency, safety and performance at scale. Calm under pressure and grounded in reality, you bring both presence and credibility. You know how to unite diverse teams behind clear expectations, build capability in your supervisors, and turn good operators into great ones. You lead with intent - lifting standards, driving accountability and creating a culture where people are engaged, safety is non-negotiable, and performance is measurable.
