About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of hospitality, pub and club fit-out and refurbishment projects. You'll coordinate all trades, manage site safety and quality, and ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and with minimal disruption to operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end site operations across hospitality, pub and club fit-out projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, schedules, materials and daily site logistics
  • Enforce WHS, quality, compliance and safety standards at all times
  • Monitor site progress, program milestones, subcontractor output and workmanship
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, designers and consultants to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain daily site records, reports, documentation and compliance paperwork

Skills & Experience

  • Experience as a Site Manager on hospitality, pub/club or commercial fit-out projects
  • Strong understanding of fit-out sequencing, subcontractor coordination and site logistics
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage live-environment refurbishments with minimal operational impact
  • Strong WHS knowledge and ability to enforce safety compliance and high standards
  • Able to interpret plans, manage schedules and deliver high-quality project outcomes
