We're seeking an Operations Supervisor – Sites to join our hardworking team at Wingfield, SA.

Reporting to the General Manager – Earth Works, you'll be working outdoors and on your feet. It's an active, team-based role that requires focus, reliability, and a good attitude. This role oversees the safe and efficient management of sites, initiatives, and projects while guiding teams to achieve operational excellence. What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple locations.
  • Support safe and efficient management of soils recycling and reuse processes.
  • Lead and coordinate teams to ensure targets and compliance requirements are met.
  • Provide hands-on assistance where needed, including outdoor and physical tasks.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer service.

What You Will Bring

·       Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within Quarrying, Earthmoving, Waste Management, or related industries.

·       Current tickets for 4 or more of the following: HC, HR, LL, LZ, LF, LE, LR, LS, LB.

·       Asbestos identification/handling training and competency as a Fire Warden (desirable)

·       First Aid Certificate (desirable)

·       Strong organisational and leadership qualities with the ability to coach and motivate teams.

·       Effective problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Intermediate computer skills and confidence using digital reporting systems.

·       Current Driver's Licence and the ability to work independently.
