Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an AI integration strategy tailored to departmental needs
- Design, build, or source AI tools to automate tasks, improve forecasting, and streamline operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and co-create solutions
- Lead training and change management initiatives to support adoption
- Monitor performance and continuously optimise AI tools for impact
What You'll Bring
- Experience in AI/ML implementation, data science, or digital transformation
- Strong understanding of business operations — as well as accounting or finance experience
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with Python, Power BI, RPA platforms, or cloud-based AI services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
