To succeed, we need bright minds and team players. As our new Internal Sales/ Commercial support person you will be the first point of contact for customers providing solutions, purchasing options, product and general support in our Protective, Industrial & Marine Coatings segment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving commercial growth financial targets for assigned customers
- Developing rapport and trusted relationships with assigned customers through telemarketing / phone, email and Microsoft Teams support.
- Using all given company tools and resources to provide excellent service to assigned customers.
- Commercial support relating to assigned lead generation, data analysis, select project tenders, key distributor/export customer activity, key bid preparation, event leads.
- Working closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure service model is seamless; field sales, leadership, customer care, business development, supply chain
Have You Got What We're Looking For?
- Minimum two years experience in protective/industrial coating industry (highly desirable)
- B2B sales experience within coatings industry or affiliated industry ideal
- Demonstrated Inside sales (office based) experience and successful track record highly desirable
- Excellent English, written and spoken
- Well-rounded Microsoft Office skills
- Strong CRM experience and skills
