We require a Spare Parts Accessory Champion at our Sunshine Pre Delivery Centre.

The position is located at our Pre-Delivery center at McIntyre Road Sunshine. The PD center looks after all new vehicle preparation and deliveries for the group. We would typically prepare 600 new vehicles a month.

The center looks after internal work only. No retail customers or salespeople are on site.

You also have the option of starting work early and finish early if that suits you.

We are seeking to employ a person who has good Spare Parts experience. Preferably with Toyota and or Lexus experience. Parts and Accessory knowledge would be a big advantage.

The person would be in control of the day-to-day parts operation for the center.

The right person will be responsible for the following tasks.

  • Process Accessory orders.
  • Warehousing and storage of parts.
  • Parts interpreting
  • Parts picking
  • Invoice handling
  • Stock control
  • Annual stock take and cycle stock take
  • Housekeeping of parts department
  • Handling inwards/outwards goods

Skills and Experience requirements

  • Previous parts experience preferably Toyota and or Lexus.
  • Experience with Tune or Pentana DMS.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to safety
  • Friendly and positive can-do attitude
