Morris Nautical allows guests to explore the wonders of the World Heritage-listed Great Barrier Reef with luxury charter yachts: M.Y. Beluga and M.Y. Flying Fish and M.Y. Northern Escape.

About the role

We have an exciting/rare/rewarding opportunity for a full-time Luxury Reservations Agent to join the Morris Escapes team and help ensure our valued guests' experience are seamless from start to finish. Your dedication and attention to detail will help us deliver a perfect stay every day.

About you

To be successful in this role you will ideally:

  • Have experience with a range of reservations channels such as PMS, RMS, channel managers and OTAs
  • Be confident maximising yield in both rates and occupancy as well as upselling experiences across the portfolio
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service every time
  • You must be eligible to work in Australia
