Reporting to the Care Designer (Senior Clinical RN)

You'll work from our office in Lathlain (we are also open to work from home) and attend nursing, care giving and first visits as required in the community.

Client visits will be a minimum of 50% of your work hours.

You'll need to be comfortable in a busy, dynamic environment and be ready to adjust your tasks based on client and business needs, which may include:

  • Filling vacant visits
  • Training and developing caregivers in client homes
  • Attending first visits with new team members
  • Helping deliver stock to client homes
  • Participating in client care initiatives
  • Providing nursing care (within your scope of practice)
  • Addressing caregiver concerns about clients
  • Communicating with the Care Services Centre and the Care Ambassador/Care Designer team
  • Building relationships with caregivers and clients
  • Completing mandatory e-learning and competency programs
  • Reporting any concerns outside your scope to the Care Designer
  • Thinking creatively to find ways to make clients' lives better
  • Working independently and in teams
  • Using effective communication skills
  • Having strong computer skills, proficiency in G-Suite is strongly regarded

Job Requirements

  • Registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse
  • CPR & First Aid Certification
  • Current WA Driver's License (with no restrictions)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
  • Working with Children Check
