About The Role
Duties

  • Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience through activation of all outlet services within the lobby area (e.g., Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, Lounge, etc.).
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
  • Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Gather, summarize, and provide local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and local activities.
  • Wear the mascot costume and embody the character in a fun, energetic, and professional manner.
  • Engage warmly with children and families, creating memorable and enjoyable experiences.
  • Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Follow safety and performance guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and yourself.

Skills & Experience

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
  • I'm Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)
  • Experience working in customer service role preferable
  • Passion for customer service.
  • A genuine love for working with children and families.
  • Confidence performing and engaging in public.
  • Physical fitness and stamina to wear the mascot costume for extended periods.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Flexibility to work during school holidays, weekends, and festive periods.
  • Unrestricted working rights for Australia
