The Opportunity

We're partnering with a well-regarded organisation in the workers compensation and insurance space to recruit multiple Claims Officers for an immediate start. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration or data entry skills who enjoys structure, accuracy and working as part of a collaborative team.

You'll be responsible for processing invoices and payments, entering data into internal systems, and supporting a high-performing claims team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Processing and entering provider invoices into internal IT systems
  • Ensuring payments are accurate and made on time
  • Using SharePoint and claims systems to upload and track information
  • Handling high-volume data entry with precision and consistency
  • Supporting the Claims team with general administrative tasks

Key Details

Rate:$44 + super (casual hourly rate)

Hours:Full-time, 7.25 hours per day, Monday–Friday

Duration:3 months initially, with potential to extend

Who We're Looking For

You don't need claims or insurance experience - training is provided. We're looking for candidates who are:

Accurate and comfortable with repetitive, process-driven tasks

  Confident with computers and picking up new systems quickly

  Strong with numbers and data entry

  Reliable, team-focused and able to commit to full-time hours

  Available across the Christmas/New Year period (preferred)
