The Opportunity:   

Join an esteemed boutique Accounting Practice as a Receptionist/Administration professional. This role offers the chance to become an integral part of a close-knit team, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient office operations.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Exhibiting exceptional customer service skills over the phone and in person
  • Managing office phones, greeting visitors, and coordinating appointments
  • Handling invoicing, payments reconciliation, and document finalisation
  • Liaising with ATO & ASIC, managing correspondence, and supporting team members with administrative duties
  • Maintaining office supplies, managing databases, and ensuring general office upkeep

About You:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of receptionist/administration experience in a professional services firm
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience in Xero and Workflow Max software advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and a sound understanding of the taxation system
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively
  • Professional presentation, reliability, and prior experience in an accounting firm beneficial
