We're on the lookout for our very first Front Office Receptionists, the welcoming faces of our clinic. In this role, you'll deliver a boutique experience from the moment patients walk in greeting them with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.

If you have experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception (especially in a luxury, healthcare, or beauty environment), we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

As the first point of contact, you'll set the tone for the patient experience – calm, professional, and personal. Your day will include:

  • Welcoming every patient with empathy and professionalism from hello to goodbye
  • Managing bookings, patient enquiries, and payments with precision and care
  • Keeping the clinic running smoothly coordinating schedules and supporting the clinical team
  • Answering calls and emails efficiently, ensuring every interaction feels personal and valued
  • Maintaining a pristine, welcoming reception area that reflects our premium brand
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a seamless, five-star experience every time

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in front office, reception, or guest services ideally in dental, medical, hospitality, or luxury retail
