Overview

We are looking for a Technical Implementation Lead /

SR. Transformation Executive ( Manager )

to oversee end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage technical project implementations from initiation to closure.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.

Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, budget, and timelines.

Provide regular project status updates and reports to leadership.

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Technical Implementation Lead / Technical Project Manager.

Strong background in project planning, risk & issue management, and stakeholder management.

Experience in handling multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Technical knowledge in [insert relevant technologies, e.g., cloud platforms, integration, software delivery].

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
