About the role

As a Site Installer with Pro Metalwork, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of installation projects across the ACT region. In this full-time position, you will be an integral part of the on-site team, assisting with a variety of hands-on tasks to ensure the smooth execution of our metalwork installations.

What you'll be doing

  • Installation of our products including handrails, shelters, awnings, pergolas, screening/fencing, gates and balustrades. Experience with glass balustrade systems would be highly regarded.
  • Performing basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the work area organised and safe
  • Unloading and moving materials and equipment to support the construction process
  • Following all safety protocols and wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot issues and find efficient solutions
  • Adhering to project timelines and quality standards

  • Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
