About the Role

We're seeking both experienced Fence Installers to join our crew. You'll work on a variety of fencing projects across residential and commercial sites, including Colorbond, aluminium slatting, timber, and mesh fencing.

We're looking for:

  • High attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Installation of Colorbond, aluminium slatting, timber, and mesh fencing.
  • Read and follow site plans and measure materials to size.
  • Dig and prepare holes for fence posts and set foundations.
  • Cut, assemble, and install fence panels and gates.
  • Maintain site cleanliness and assist in site preparation and clean-up.
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, and suppliers where required.
  • Ensure all work is done safely and to a high-quality standard.

What We're Looking For

  • Physically fit, hands-on, and keen to learn.
  • Proven experience in fence installation across multiple materials.
  • Minimum 1+ years of fence installation experience required.
  • Able to work both independently and within a small team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and client-facing ability.
  • Current driver's licence and own transport.
  • Full Australian driver's licence required.
