This role
The People Advisor's mission will be to work collaborating with key leaders and People Partners to deliver exceptional support and guidance to the across EH, enabling our leaders to activate and amplify their people. You'll be instrumental internally in making employment easier and more valuable by setting a high-performance and high-productivity culture across Employment Hero, bringing a commercial mindset and knowledge of best practice to guide our leaders. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of Employment Hero through:
- Providing world-class guidance to our leaders across APAC, helping them to achieve their growth objectives and enabling peak performance
- Provide expert advice and support on matters including performance management, global mobility and a diverse range of employee relations matters
- Provide pragmatic guidance on processes and policies to ensure best practice across our portfolios and regions
- Work collaboratively with our People Partners to improve partnering and advisory processes across APAC, utilise our platform and AI to help you achieve results
- Support talent management and succession planning activities, working with our leaders and People Partners to enhance leadership effectiveness
- Guiding and maintaining a high-performance culture throughout Employment Hero
- Amplifying the Employment Hero Way (Mission First, Apolitical and AI First)
As a People Advisor you will focus on
People Advisory
- Assisting the People Partners and Performance Operations team on matters including performance management, global mobility and employee relations matters
- Serve as a key point of contact and support for ER/IR, company policies and procedures, providing support to employees and managers with timely and effective resolutions.
Performance & Growth
- Advise and support leaders to drive and maintain a high-performance culture through effective performance management processes, goal setting and enhancement plans
- Amplify the commerciality and effectiveness of teams, supporting our People Partners portfolio's
Talent Management
- Help drive talent management initiatives and programs, including talent assessment and succession planning, to ensure an internal pipeline of top talent to meet current and future business needs.
Employee Engagement
- Support strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction, ensuring that employees are motivated and aligned with the company's mission and values.
Insights
- Use AI and HR analytics and metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leaders, enabling data-driven decision-making in talent management and strategies.
