Who is TeamKids?

TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

Job Description

This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

About the Service: Located in Glen Iris and they have our very own TeamKids space (hello, creative freedom) It means we can create a calm, colourful, safe, and welcoming environment where kids feel like they truly belong.

You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:

7:00am - 9:00am + 2:30pm - 6:30pm + 8 hours admin.

What is a Director of Service

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

You're a natural leader with a passion for teaching children.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still a big kid at heart

Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.

Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.

Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN
