About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Administrator to support our Operations Manager and sales team, ensuring a smooth process from listing to settlement. This role also includes general office administration and reception duties. You'll be liaising with internal and external stakeholders — from sales agents, conveyancers, as well as photographers and suppliers — to help deliver a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for our sales process from listing to settlement
  • Manage client records, prepare documentation, and coordinate marketing materials
  • Respond to client and stakeholder enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain our CRM system with accurate, up-to-date information
  • General office duties, including reception and workflow support

About You

  • Previous administration or customer service experience essential; real estate experience advantageous but not required
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Process-driven, organised, and able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent phone manner, customer service, and communication skills
  • Proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Google Suite and organisational workflow systems
  • Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
