About the Role

As a Sales Person/Delivery Driver at AutoSmart Melbourne West, you'll be a key player in driving our company's growth and success. Based in Laverton North, VIC 3026, this full-time position offers a unique blend of sales and delivery responsibilities. You'll serve our valued customers across the automotive, transport, and logistics industries, delivering top-tier service every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work Independently: Operate out of your own mobile showroom, servicing the Melbourne West region.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Product Delivery: Deliver products promptly and professionally, always exceeding customer expectations.
  • Sales and Records: Keep accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions, ensuring a smooth operation.
  • Inventory Support: Help manage stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
  • Clean & Organised: Contribute to maintaining a clean and organised warehouse and vehicle environment.
  • Team Success: Play an integral part in the overall success of the AutoSmart Melbourne West team.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Sales Experience: Ideally in the automotive and/or cleaning industry.
  • Strong Relationship Builder: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain and establish client relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and the ability to work independently while staying on top of your tasks.
  • Safety-Focused: Ability to work safely and responsibly.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an eagerness to contribute to the success of the team.
  • Motivated Individual: A self-starter open to learning and applying AutoSmart's proven sales techniques.

This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Laverton North warehouse. For the right candidate, we offer a competitive base salary plus superannuation, with the added benefit of earning commissions.
