The Role

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in the ongoing development of SKGenius, our proprietary CRM platform. This position will drive system optimisation, deliver data-driven insights, and support end-users through training and change management.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced analyst who thrives at the intersection of business needs, technology solutions, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements, data trends, and system performance to deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualisation tools.
  • Support system testing (functional, regression, and UAT) and contribute to SKGenius development priorities.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with ISO standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and system improvements.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver user training programs, manuals, and onboarding sessions as per the client and project needs.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of SKGenius enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related discipline (postgraduate qualifications desirable).
  • Proven experience as a Business/Systems Analyst within IT or service-based industries.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, data analysis, process optimisation, and system integration.
  • Proficiency with Power BI (or Tableau), SQL, and familiarity with Python or R.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum project methodologies and tools (e.g., Trello, Jira).
  • Experience in user training, change management, and software testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
