**Spare Staff** is hiring **Front Office Staff / Manager, **Resident Manager**for **Metro Aspire Hotel Sydney** in **Miranda NSW**

Catering to both business & leisure travellers, we are an Australian owned & operated hotel chain, offering hotel accommodation up to 4-star hotels in key locations around Australia.

**The Role**:
This is a live in position. Providing a one-bedroom Apartment.

**About You**:

- 1 to 2 years’ experience in administration, ideally in hotel or accomodation industry is highly desirable but not essential. Front Office Manager / Resident Manager experience is highly desirable
- Strong business acumen & highly developed written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Financial reporting and analytical skills
- An understanding of Australian industry regulatory requirements as well as employee relations knowledge is essential.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Room Master operating system experience preferred but not essential
- Experience in a live in position preferred but not essential

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
