**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced stock controller to assist in this vital department of our business. This role is to manage the purchasing and replenishment of the organisation's vehicle stock. A key aspect of the role is to maintain stock levels within set budget parameters and manage the processing of all stock deliveries.

The position will be _Monday to Friday full time_, with flexible start & finish times on offer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained and updated accurately
- Purchase inventory within the agreed budgets.
- Complete all necessary stock takes.
- Generate inventory reports.
- Invoicing & stock paperwork.
- Processing and maintaining vehicle stock levels and systems;
- Liaising with Managers regarding ordering and delivery of vehicles;
- Reviewing floor plan levels and ensuring correct stock levels;
- Processing vehicle deals, registrations and stock swaps.

**About you**:

- Have a thorough understanding of stock control processes and functions with previous experience in a similar role.
- Be highly organised, possess excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience with Pentana DMS - ERA (highly regarded)

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NSW Drivers License (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
