You'll step into a
proven system
that generates a steady flow of interested prospects, from qualified inbound leads to new people discovering us through free tools, ads, and podcasts. Some will be ready to buy, others will need nurturing. You'll have the playbook, the tools, and the product that actually delivers, but you'll still need to bring the hustle.

Your Role in the Mission

You'll be the
human bridge between curiosity and commitment.

When prospective leaders come through our funnel, whether they've applied for
Leadership Beyond the Theory
or downloaded one of our free leadership tools, you'll be their first human touchpoint. Your job is to build relationships, qualify needs, and guide each person toward the right next step in our ecosystem.

Some will be ready to enrol immediately. Others will just be exploring. Either way, you'll help them find clarity, and if LBT is the right fit, you'll confidently close them into the program.

This is a
full-cycle sales role
: you'll handle the entire process from first contact through to enrolment, not just setting calls, but running them.

You'll manage a
consistent daily flow of up to 50 new marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)
entering the system, a mix of high-intent applicants and new prospects who've shown interest through our ads, podcasts, and lead magnets.

Your day-to-day follows a structured, automated funnel with precision-timed emails, SMS, and CRM triggers already built. You'll have every system, script, and asset ready, your job is to
execute, personalise, and convert.

You'll be the heartbeat of the customer journey, helping ambitious leaders move from "curious" to "committed" with empathy, precision, and purpose.

Who You Are

You thrive on conversation and connection. You're confident, curious, and coachable. You want to help people, not manipulate them.

Must-haves:

  • Confident on the phone – friendly, professional, composed
  • Native-level English – written and spoken
  • Experience in Sales Development, Pre-Sales, Coaching, Consulting, SaaS, or Call Center/Inside Sales (or retail sales looking to transition to remote)
  • Process-driven – you follow systems and scripts with precision
  • CRM fluent – we use GoHighLevel and ActiveCampaign (easy to learn)
  • Extroverted communicator (DISC: High I / balanced D) – persuasive without pressure
  • Emotionally intelligent – calm, mature, and composed
  • Coachable – hungry to grow with feedback

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with multi-touch cadences (email + SMS + call)
  • Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks (ICA, urgency, fit)
  • Familiar with Calendly, Loom, and performance dashboards
  • Previous experience in B2C or B2B education sales
