Are you an early riser with a passion for coffee and great service? We're on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our breakfast service team at our brand-new, all-day venue on bustling North Terrace—directly opposite Adelaide Train Station.

About the Role

As a Morning Barista, you'll be part of our team during the busy early hours, serving high-quality coffee and warm hospitality to tourists, students, and city workers. Your role will ensure our morning trade runs smoothly, set the tone for the day, and help create a vibrant, consistent customer experience from the first cup onwards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee and breakfast beverages to a high standard

  • Manage the morning rush with speed, precision, and a friendly attitude

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and service area

  • Quality, consistency, and customer service at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a barista in a fast-paced café or venue

  • Strong skills in espresso making and milk texturing

  • Friendly, positive energy and a passion for customer interaction

  • Excellent time management and reliability for early starts

  • A team player who thrives during the morning shift
