First things First in Enfield is looking for a passionate Barista to join our drive-thru specialty coffee team

Barista responsibilities include:

  • Impeccable customer service ensuring customers receive their order quickly and accurately
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the store and completing equipment maintenance tasks as required
  • Prepare and serve quality food and drink according to our brand's standards
  • Follow all Food Safety and WH&S guidelines and procedures

Attributes and experience required:

  • Previous Barista experience (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn
