Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a talented lawyer with 1–4 years PAE to join their dynamic team. The firm is a recognised leader in financial services litigation, offering a stable and well-structured work environment. Your new role

This position will focus on financial services-related commercial litigation, including:

  • Debt recovery and enforcement proceedings
  • Insolvency matters and corporate wind-ups
  • Disputes involving loan agreements and securities
  • General banking and finance litigation
  • You'll work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on complex matters, gaining exposure to high-quality work and strong mentorship.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 1–4 years PAE in commercial litigation, insolvency, or financial services disputes
  • Strong drafting and advocacy skills
  • A proactive attitude and commercial mindset
  • Interest in developing deep expertise in financial services litigation
